This vehicle has been parked outside 39/41 North Road for over 6 weeks and not moved. It appears to be taxed and MOTd, but clearly has been abandoned. It does not belong to any immediate neighbours. Parking is difficult in this road for visitors due to limited bays and this vehicle appears to have been dumped.
