Again, someone have dropped a leather sofa and black rubbish bags along that road. Obviously same road and I can bet some one that same person / group of people are behind this. This never going to stop, unless the council will take appropriate steps. Them two big bags are sitting there for months and the council keeps responding that it has been sorted, but obviously not.
