Reported 3 months ago and still not repaired Please explain “ contractual service level agreements “ as over 3 month seems outrageous to get a highway repair completed Areas getting larger with every passing day - and please not just a shovel of asphalt tamped down by foot as has been observed elsewhere ! As will only fail again !

4 months on and still not fixed ! Exactly what is the contractural time in which it should be repaired 1. Contractor failure 2. Bexley failure in not enforcing contractural performance. 3. As usual motorists and local residents let down again by poor performance

After notifying you 5 months ago nothing has been done - now three areas of road surface failing - other areas also now breaking up. Why are highways team not 1. Inspecting defects already reported 2. Not supervising the contractors work.
Why do I have to report these repeated service failures . Disgraceful non performance
