Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4458696.

There is a hedge in leigh place so big that when cars are parked it's very hard to walk on pavement. Even to push a wheelchair or pram in the small gap. Which means we have to walk in the road. Also noticed its covering the parking sign. This hedge needs cutting and the cars moved
