Bag off sand for number 42 left in road for over 2 months

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4410378.

Owner off number 42. Alfred road had 2 bags off sand delivered over 2 months ago, one of which is in a turning circle and the othet is imposing on a disabled bay. The owner was advised that she should deal with the problem. but has not done so.

This is not an isolated incident and seems to occur when ever she has builders on the property.
