A large pot of paint, is all over the pavement causing a danger to pedestrians and a total mess Thank you to whoever left it there

    As you can see from the above pictures this spillage is far from cleaned up! Some substance was poured over the paint which has only made things worse. Paint now all over street and road still dangerous and still and eyesore. Urgent attention PLEASE!!
