This is the second time I have reported this. You can see the car is untaxed as above. It has a flat tyre and is unlocked. This has been here for about month. The car is attracted gangs of youths, by foot, on bikes and on mopeds. They are approaching and opening this car all hours of the day and night. This on residential road and opposite a park where there are a lot of children can you please finally do something about this .
