Pothole repair has come loose!

This pothole was filled in last year as requested by me. However the whole chunk of repair has now been dislodged hitting my car. I am extremely annoyed about this. If you are going to do the job then please do it properly. I watched them repair it last year by throwing the tarmac in then just stamping on it! Really!
