Pothole and crumbling road surface

The bridge over the Shuttle in Crofton Ave gets flooded every time it rains and the road surface degrades. There is now a big pothole which grows with every vehicle passing through it. Is there a waterproof road surface available, please? This happens at least once a year so needs something more than just filling in.
