Tree smashed down by out of control car

At approx 9.40pm on 31st March 23 an out of control car smashed the tree down outside no 25 Beverley Road DA7 6JQ. Parts of the tree ended up in a front garden. The rest lay damaged. Please can it be replaced. Many thanks
