Hazard Due To Mud and Grass Strewn Over Pavement

There has been a grass cutting job that’s been completed along the verge and pavements all along the road and on both sides of the road. Not only is it a hazard it’s a liability that can cause a risk to a members of the public either by slipping or tripping over. Not only that it’s an absolute eye sore and should never have been left like that in the first place. Whoever did this job needs to trained on what their role involves, other than just sitting on a grass cuter. It’s an absolute mess basically..
