Rubbish on pavement
Reported via mobile in the Obstructions on pavements and roads category anonymously at 21:27, Tue 28 March 2023
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4370387.
The occupiers of Flat 3, 144 Upper Wickham Lane leave rubbish which contains food in black bags outside their flat. The bags get ripped up by animals as they contain food and the contents get dragged down East Road spilling rubbish along the street. A recent addition to this rubbish is a Morrisons Trolley which blocks the pavement.

Today, 25th April there has been an addition to the rubbish left on the pavement - there are now 2 shopping trollies blocking the pavement and more rubbish/food strewn along the street. Very disappointing
