Driving on kerb

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4363442.

The majority of one side of Silver Spring Close is a dropped kerb. We continuously have cars driving along the pavement on the dropped kerb to pass other cars, this is very dangerous for our children. Can any bollards etc be installed to deter people from doing this? If this is not the correct avenue, can you direct me whom I can contact about this issue please? Kind regards
