I have reported this problem last year to be told that the broken fence is my responsibility. However, please see attached photos. Because of the mess on the allotment side of the fence it has caused it to damage more. I strongly feel this is not our responsibility and I think that if we did replace these fences it wouldn’t be long until they gave way because of the mess in the allotment.
