Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4338718.

This has been going on over a year, should have been fixed once but it didn't last. Its a constant noise every time a vehicle goes over it. All night and all day as its a busy Road. It's not good enough that you haven't done anything about it! It's been reported a few times!
