Dead fox that appears to have been attacked.

Reported via desktop in the General Enquiry/Complaints category anonymously at 14:13, Monday 20 March 2023

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4335693.

In recent months on the flat grassed area of the Warren, mostly near the newly planted trees, large holes have been appearing, some as large as 1ft deep by 2ft across, they appear to have been dug by a large animal. I don't suspect foxes as they don't tend to dig in the open. These are dangerous, especially at night when not visible, I have nearly broken my ankle in them a few times. Today, near the main area of these holes by the newly planted trees there is a dead fox which to my untrained eye appears to have been attacked by a large animal(s).
