Lots of empty large nitrous oxide canisters.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4328117.

These nitrous oxide canisters have been increasing over the week. They are the large ones and Friday morning when I came down the alleyway you could see the discarded balloons in the road at the end of the alley.
