Tree too high

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 2 hours, 35 minutes later. Report ref: 4324010.

O/s 159 tree recently pruned, however, the tree has been left too high, can this be checked.

Caller also concerned, the roots also may have caused damaged to the surrounding area as appears to be a hole in the ground approx 8ft away from tree
