Large metal object sticking out of the ground at the steps (top) but the slides as you enter the play park from the car park of the pub

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4321230.

I cannot get the metal out of the ground. It’s a very large/thick nail used in the construction of the stairs and the stair has rotted away leaving the think nail sticking out of the ground.
