Tree roots effecting pipes/drains and too near to my property

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4319966.

Roots have complete damaged my driveway and are effecting pipes and a drain area that could burst a pipe. The roots are too near to my house and I need this seen asap by a specialist. I’ve been waiting for a year and nothing. I was told a specialist would be coming to see this but nobody has. I would like to be contacted and not keep having the issues closed with no further action.
