Dog fouling

Norman road constantly has dog poo up and down the street. In the evenings I walk in the road so to avoid getting dog muck on my shoes. In the 10 years I have lived here I have seen the street being cleaned twice . It’s literally a mess all the time in this road, extremely unclean and unsafe.

    Yet some more poo I had to avoid. There seems to be an issue that dog owners do not care where there dog is fouling.
