General garden waste and fencing in park

A property in Elmcroft Avenue had a new fence on their garden which backs onto Hollyoak park, the residents have left excess garden waste and their old fence panels in the park on the other side of their new fence. It has been there over 2 weeks now and make the park look unsightly
