Unable to use doors

Reported via mobile in the Public toilets category anonymously at 19:59, Tuesday 7 March 2023

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4290891.

I used the disabled toilets for the first time today. I had trouble getting into the toilet and a passerby helped hold the door open for me. I then got stuck in the toilet for over ten minutes; trying to open the door and propelle my wheelchair at the same time proved impossible. A member of the public noticed and helped me in the end, but I would be grateful if you could look into removing the soft close, so the door can be pushed open, and it stays open until pushed closed again. Or automatic doors.
