A lot of black bags with rubbish, food waste and etc. As result this problem we have problem with rats, strong smell around and if nobody clean this will be at summer problem with fly tipping

    Last day we saw rat behind this litter. It's disgusting when we pay expensive council tax, but nobody interesting clean streets.
