Large scale flytipping

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4269046.

The green area highlighted between A2 and Co-op in Blackfen has large scale flytipped waste which has been there for a long while now. Can you please cleanup this mess and also utilise cameras to fine the pests causing this damage. Thanks.
