Dogs keep messing up the road from us in Heron Hill.

Sorry I cannot use your map guide thing it’s not very good or accurate. So I’ll describe the area of Heron Hill where a dog, or dogs keep messing. (But we don’t see it happen). We are up a bank and can’t see anything from the flat. But dogs mess a lot lately outside the Belvedere Beach park at the very top of the Hill! Especially near the bin. This needs to stop as it’s gross. Thank you.
