Top of bin broken off

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4262481.

Sharp pointy plastic left pointing upwards. Potentially cut yourself if using the bin. And same for top half of bin on floor next to it if someone trips on it will be seriously hurt
