More corner parking problems - Sampson Close

Once again the parking on the corner of Sampson Close has caused problems. This morning the bin lorry could not get into Sampson Close because the white car in the photograph was 'parked' sticking out into the road. The second photograph shows the card left on the windscreen by the bin workers. This keeps on happening. We need parking restrictions.
