When I first noticed this door 5 months ago it was leaning against the telephone cabinet and facing the road. Some time later a conscientious member of the public moved it behind the cabinet so as to avoid it continuing as a tripping hazard. It still remains there despite a previous report from the Council that the problem had been resolved.
