Flooding Outside No 30 Harland Avenue

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4221030.

Resident has called advising that there is flooding on the grass verge outside of her property. Thames water have the site 3 times and advised it's not drinking water, or a sewage or manhole issue. They advised the resident call lbb. The damage is not only on the grass verge it has now extended to the pavement and slab are now loose and could become a bigger issue.

  • The grass is flooding and the pavement slabs are raised because of the flooding. When stepping on the pavement slabs they drop and water squirts up. Caller said Thames Water believes it is the gully drain which is o/s 30 Harland Avenue. Please can this be investigated asap as it is getting worse.
