Pavement obstruction.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4207854.

The Pavement in Elm Road alongside the new Library and Cinema has been closed to pedestrians now for far too long. Causing people to cross a busy road or risk walking alongside the fencing. There appears to be no good reason for this closure as the works appear to be finished, at least a year beyond expectations!
