Car parked on yellow line damaged

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4207792.

This car had been there now causing obstruction on a yellow line with a damaged front end and sharp edges should any one brush past it for over 4 weeks without a single ticket on it If a residents car is parked out side there own house on a yellow line they would receive a ticket within a few hours , let’s use enforcement laws for the right resins , dumped illegally parked cars causing a hazard or obstruction
