Missing 'yellow' street bin cover over bin base attracting vermin and foxes now removing litter and scattering in to highway on a daily basis

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4207300.

Missing 'yellow' highway bin cover. Base of bin is intact and remains in place but bin is exposed and open to vermin such as foxes who are routinely now scattering rubbish from the bin into the highway area each night. New 'yellow' bin cover replacement required.
