Litter and leaves the length of road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4206629.

Both ends of the road are littered with fast food packaging where no one cleans. The length of the street has its gutters are blocked with decomposing leaves form the tree line, blocking drains and causing drives to flood. The leaves have all fallen for near two months now and are built up on some pavements but mostly blocking the gutters in huge drifts, compacted by vehicles.
