Please replace the broken bin

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4205021.

You took a broken bin away months ago and have not replaced it. I’ve completed plenty of times but nothing has been done. Letter, glass bottles, cans ect are all being chucked into the filed, I am picking these up every single day and am getting frustrated now, this should not be my job, I’m even having rubbish dumped in my garden. It’s not fair. Please can you replace the broken bin that was once in the entrance to the field
