Light not working outside 77 - again

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4165152.

Resident said this was repaired when she first reported this in Dec 2022 but has noticed this is not working again and would like someone to come out and take a look. Its and area where accidents occur as this becomes very dark.

  • The Council is now investigating the issue reported and will be arranging for suitable action to take place if maintainable by Bexley. If this matter is not maintained by Bexley we will seek to identify the owner and update you accordingly.

  • The case has now been closed as our investigations have been completed and the necessary repairs arranged where it relates to items maintainable by Bexley. This may require replacement materials to be ordered or works needed by external agencies (such as UK Power Networks or Housing Association) which may then take up to 4 weeks.

    Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 4 weeks.
