TREMBLES FROM CRACKED PAVEMENTS AND ROAD that vibrates throughout my house yet the council doesn’t deem it suitable to fixing- no further action.
Reported via mobile in the Damaged road category anonymously at 22:13, Mon 23 January 2023
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4163930.
My house is constantly covered in cracks from buses vibrating my walls, I have had these fixed many times. Even the contracter back to fix the issue but it reappears, surveys show that there is tremble.
The road is clearly not solid. It vibrates every 5-10 minutes during the day up until 1230pm when the 51 stops running.
I cannot sleep it rattles my beside table, and items inside. My radiators shake.
Nobody looks properly or if at all at the issue, it stays open for a week then is closed, with no further action, by the highways team.
I’ve never seen one highways team checking this out.
