Persistent dog fouling

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4161005.
I originally reported this issue two weeks ago, then within two days an update reported that the matter had been dealt with. It has not the dog poo is still there and the amount has increased.

Most of the mess was cleaned up eventually, but the problem still continues with fresh mess, it needs to be cleaned again.

As i have said before this is a persistent problem, the Council clean it up and more appears. I believe the Council could do more to catch and prosecute the owner of the dog.
