I think asphalt/tarmac has not been laid in the road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4155004.

The entire road does not seem to have asphalt/tarmac like other local roads. I've noticed that the house shakes when large trucks pass. I've read this could be the problem.
