Tree branches grown and pulling telegraph cable connected to my house

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4152343.

I have reported this issue previously and it has not been dealt with. The tree in street outside N0. 11 Glenhurst Avenue has branches that are pulling on the telegraph cable for my house and the branches need to be trimmed now to avoid damage to cable. Could you please deal with this as a matter of urgency.
