The mini round about and adjacent road surface is breaking up, with several potholes - obviously this is a very busy junction, so the surface is now is quickly deteriorating .

The surface of this busy mini roundabout is quickly deteriorating - there are some pot holes with jagged edges that are impossible to avoid when turning right from Arbuthnot lane onto the A2 slip road, or turning right from Upton road onto Arbuthnot lane.

I have to use this mini roundabout at least twice a day and its condition is a hazard as cars are trying to avoid the damage in a confined area.
I realise there are probably many, many worse potholes in the borough, but this one is particularly hard to avoid and a response of "A re-inspection has been scheduled for a future date, which will determine if any action will be undertaken" is really not acceptable.
It would be interesting to know what metrics the Council's (therefore the rate payers) contractor or sub-contractor is using to 'decide' what constitutes the need for action/repair!
