64 trip hazards including sheared off Metal

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4096769.

On the west pavement of Hawthorn Road there are 64 individual trip hazards and 4 holes where poles have been removed leaving large shards of metal. Tore brand new shoe on the shard that is sticking out. Only a matter of time before someone seriously hurts themselves.
