Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4032823.
Flytip outside side of no 1 st georges close and redbourne drive . this is a constant problem and council keeps clearing but it keeps happening maybe some signs and cctv warning of flytip fines etc could be put up . the flytip this time is 2 black bins full of household rubbish and is causing a bad smell in the houses next to flytip u cant even open window.
