Very dangerous and poor traffic management

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4011255.

There are two way traffic lights. Parking bays are operational making it dangerous. Bus stops are suspended which is very inconvenient Zebra crossing is suspended so pedestrians have no where to cross safely on central avenue.

The whole road was recently resurfaced which was unnecessary. Can this be explained we have had no consultation or information about this works. Location: Central Avenue between Tidford Road and wickham Lane roundabout
