Rubbish left on pavement

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3999364.

Rubbish is continually left here, making the pavement unusable and making the area and Borough look awful. This has been reported many times over the past few years by mNy different people and nothing has been done to stop this happening again.
