Repeated dog fouling

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3991378.

It’s all over and never seems to be clear. Someone is clearly letting dogs do it again and again. It’s a real concern when you have small children and pushchairs as the bacteria can cause blindness.
