Fallen boarding around unsafe house
Reported via mobile in the Obstructions on pavements and roads category anonymously at 11:13, Thu 24 November 2022
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 3989663.
There is a house with no front face on the road and it is dangerous to anyone who goes near it. It’s had boarding around it but the last strong winds in October knocked it all down. The boarding is covering the pavement and 2 parking spaces in a road with already scarce parking. Access to the property is now easy and signage is not in place to tell those doing so, not to enter. Entering the property would be highly dangerous given the damage to the structure. Boarding needs replacing/mending and correct signage on display to avoid risk of death/injury. Pedestrians are also having to walk into the road to avoid it which is unsafe.
