The drain is blocked causing a very large puddle on the exit of roundabout of Jenner close entering into Elm road, vehicle completely soaking people walking along the pavement, this is in addition to blocked drain outside No9 Elm road , could be the works of new library have blocked the drain further down the line towards the traffic light or it’s collapsed
