The group of 8 men who reside in the flats on 12-17 Coptefield drive who already own 5 vans which are untaxed and often abandoned have left yet another unmarked van illegally for weeks on end! Numerous residents have reported these men yet the council are taking time to solve this issue. They use Coptefield drive as their business location for these vans taking up 70% of parking space.
