Rubbish on road and pavement. Causing blockage of water drainage. Which jn turn is causing Road to semi flood when it rains heavily.

  • It's pointless complaining about rubbish on the road. Road is supposedly cleaned once a month. After it has been 'cleaned' I have taken pictures and complained. Nothing is done. Why do we pay council tax?
